Whichever sitting is
in front of you

Acewacp follows the College's own structure: three paths, twelve examined specialties in each. Subscribe to the module you are sitting, not the whole catalogue.

Primaries

Basic medical sciences: anatomy, physiology, biochemistry and pathology.

12 specialty modules

Part 1

In preparation

Clinical foundations across the twelve examined specialties.

12 specialty modules

Part 2

In preparation

Final fellowship: the long cases, the vivas, the clinicals.

Past papers alone are not revision

Most candidates already have the papers. What they do not have is the reasoning, the clock, or an honest read on where the marks are going.

Papers without answers

Photocopied past papers circulate with no key and no reasoning, so you memorise a letter instead of learning why the other four are wrong.

No sense of the clock

You can know the material and still run out of time. Practising untimed teaches you nothing about pace under a three-hour paper.

No idea where you stand

Without topic-level marking you revise what feels comfortable, not what is costing you marks. Comfort is not a study plan.

Every specialty the College examines

Paediatrics is live today. The rest are being written and reviewed by fellows who have sat the exam, and open on a rolling basis.

Two ways to practise, three ways in

Pick the pressure you want. Then pick how the questions are chosen.

Exam

Choose a duration and a question count, then sit it with the clock running. Nothing is revealed until you submit. You get a score, a breakdown and the full answer key at the end.

  • Timed and scored like the real paper
  • Flag questions to revisit afterwards
  • Resume if you are interrupted

Flexible

No clock. The answer and the full explanation open the moment you commit, so you can work slowly through unfamiliar ground and actually read the reasoning.

  • Explanation reveals as you go
  • See how everyone else answered
  • Stop and pick it up later

Random selection

Questions pulled at random from every year in the module. Best for broad revision once you have covered the ground.

By year

Sit one past paper at a time, start to finish, the way the College set it.

By topic

Drill a single topic until it holds. Coming shortly after the specialty launches.

Built around how you revise

Not a question bank with a timer bolted on. Four things do the actual work.

  • Each question carries a worked explanation covering the correct option and why each distractor fails, plus a reference where one is relevant. You leave knowing the concept, not the letter.

  • Choose your duration and question count, then sit it with the clock running. Answers stay hidden until you submit, exactly as they do on the day.

  • Topic mastery is ordered weakest-first, alongside accuracy, streaks, time per question and score trend across sittings. The screen tells you what to revise next.

  • After you answer you can see how every other doctor answered the same question. A distractor that catches 40% of people is worth understanding properly.

  • Paediatrics is live for both Primaries and Part 1, with the full set of past questions, explanations and analytics. The remaining specialties are being written and reviewed by fellows, and open on a rolling basis.

  • You pay per module in prepaid blocks of 3, 6 or 12 months — not a monthly subscription. Longer blocks cost less per month equivalent. Payment is handled by Flutterwave (card, bank transfer or USSD).

  • Yes. Acewacp runs in any browser, and there is a native iOS and Android app that shares the same account and progress. Start a session on your laptop at home and finish it on call.

  • Yes, and they are marked the way the College marks them, so guessing is penalised properly rather than rewarded. MTF items are flagged clearly during practice.

  • Every question has a feedback button. Report a wrong key, a typo, an unclear stem or a weak explanation, and a reviewer looks at it. Corrections ship to everyone.

  • No. Acewacp is an independent study tool built by doctors who have sat these exams. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the West African College of Physicians.
